2 lbs flank steak
1 orange
1 lime
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup Worcestershire
Bundle of cilantro
1/2 white onion
1 Tbsp paprika / chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Salsa:
4 Roma tomato
1/2 white onion
1 jalapeño
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp oil

8 large tortillas
Makes 4 quesadillas
12 oz Oaxaca cheese
