شوربة توم كا التايلندية

المقادير بالانجليزي من الشيف هارود 👇 :-

1. Coconut milk 1 can / 400 ml.
2. Vegetable stock 300 g.
3. Lemon grass 50 g.
4. Galanga 50 g.
5. Kafair lime leaves 6 pcs
6. Red onion 2 pcs
7. Tomato 🍅 150 g.
8. Mushrooms 30 g.
9. Thai chicken powder 40 g.
10. Salt 10 g.
11. Sugar 10 g.
12. Lemon juice 50 g.

*Method*

-Bring 1 + 2 to a boil in a pot 5 minutes put 3+4+5+6 in the reduce heat and simmer until flavors are melded, 8–10 minutes

– Add 7+8+9+10+11+12 Also seafood and return to a boil. Reduce heat, until seafood is cooked thorough and mushrooms are soft

-Divide soup among bowls. Serve with chili oil, Coriander
