Veg Manchurian!!

Step-by-step recipe:
▪️Take finely chopped veggies in a bowl. I have added 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup finely chopped beans and 1/2 cup finely chopped onions.
▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp chopped ginger and 2 tbsp chopped green onions.
▪️Add salt and black pepper powder.
▪️Add 3 tbsp cornstarch and 3 tbsp maida.
▪️Mix gently to bind the ingredients.
▪️Make round vegetable balls.
▪️Heat oil for deep frying.
▪️Gently place the balls in the hot oil.
▪️Fry the balls till golden and crispy.
▪️Remove and keep aside.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 2 dried red chillies and 2 tbsp chopped green onions. Saute for a minute.
▪️Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum and chopped green chillies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
▪️Add 1 tbsp red chilli paste and sauté for a minute.
▪️Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup. Stir and mix very well.
▪️Add 1 cup water. Let the mixture come to a boil.
▪️Add cornstarch slurry and salt. Mix well.
▪️Simmer till the sauce thickens.
▪️Add chopped green onions and mix.
▪️Add the fried vegetable balls.
▪️Gently stir and coat the vegetable balls in the gravy.
▪️Serve hot.
