Sweet & Spicy Chow Mein

Sweet & Spicy Chow Mein for a quick I-need-to-clean-out-my-fridge kind of dinner 👩🏻‍🍳 this type of meal also packs and reheats really well for meal prep!

Sauce: ⬇️
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp samyang chili sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tsp arrowroot starch
1/3 cup water
Per 6 chunks of chow mein noodles*
