▪️Wash and soak 1 cup basmati rice for 15 minutes.
▪️In a large vessel take 5 cups of water. Add salt and let it boil.
▪️Add in the soaked basmati rice. Mix well.
▪️Cook rice until it is al dente.
▪️Quickly strain rice in a colander and let it cool completely.
▪️Prep the veggies.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 chopped green chillies and 1/4 cup chopped green onions. Sauté until it turns aromatic.
▪️Add 1 chopped onion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
▪️Add chopped carrot, chopped beans, chopped bell pepper, chopped cabbage and sweet corn. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook them.
▪️Add cooked rice and gently mix everything.
▪️Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp cup schezwan sauce. Gently mix everything.
▪️ Add 1 tsp black pepper powder and salt. Gently mix.
▪️Add some chopped spring onion.
