Ghuguni
Yellow peas curry, a popular dish from Odisha.
Being an odia, I grew up eating ghuguni with almost every snack. We like ghuguni with bara, chakuli, paratha, roti, upma, poori and even as a chaat. Just add chopped onions, chopped green chilli, lemon juice, some sev and your ghuguni chat is ready.
