▪️Take 350 grams paneer in a bowl.
▪️Add salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 3 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp maida. Add a little water and gently mix. Keep aside.
▪️Heat oil in pan.
▪️Add paneer cubes into the hot oil.
▪️Fry until the paneer cubes get golden brown and crispy.
▪️Drain and keep aside.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and some dried red chillies. Sauté for few seconds.
▪️Add 2 tbsp chopped green onions. Sauté for a minute.
▪️Add 1 cup onion quartered and 1 cup capsicum cut into squares. Sauté for 2 minutes.
▪️Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and sauté for a minute.
▪️Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar. Stir until the sauce is combined.
▪️Add salt and corn flour slurry. Stir until the sauce thickens.
▪️Add the fried paneer cubes. Toss to combine the paneer cubes with the sauce.
▪️Add chopped spring onions and give it a quick stir.
▪️Add some sesame seeds.
