Vegan Mayo using Aquafaba is so easy to make.
المقادير
- ٥ م ك أكوا فابا (ماء الحمص)
- ١ م ك خل أبيض
- ملح
- ٢ م ص خردل ديجون
- ١ م ص شراب القيقب (أو عسل)
- ١ كوب زيت نباتي
Ingredients
5 tbsp Aquafaba (Canned chickpeas water, room temperature)
1 tbsp White Vinegar
Salt
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Maple Syrup (Or honey for non vegan)
1 cup Neutral Oil (Vegetable Oil)
Preparation
– In a round bottom bowl, using an electric whisker, high setting, whisk your room temperature Aquafaba for 3-5 minutes till stiff peaks arise
– Add salt, mustard, vinegar and maple syrup and whisk to incorporate
– Drizzle oil slowly over the Aquafaba while whisking quickly till the mixture emulsifies and becomes thick and creamy
– Refrigerate up to 3 weeks
