Spicy Egg Maggi😍
Step-by-step recipe:
▪️Crack 3 eggs in a bowl.
▪️Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add the eggs and scramble them.
▪️Remove from the pan and keep aside.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.
▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes. Sauté for few seconds.
▪️Add 2 chopped onions. Sauté for two minutes.
▪️Add 1 chopped tomato and 1/3cup green peas. Mix everything well.
▪️Add salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder. Sauté until the tomatoes turn mushy.
▪️Add the scrambled eggs and mix well.
▪️Add the Maggi magic masala and mix.
▪️Add water and mix.
▪️Let it boil.
▪️Add the Maggi noodles and cook for two minutes.
▪️Add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
