Full recipe:
– in a pan sautรฉ together 3 cloves diced garlic, your protein of choice (optional) and one tsp chilli flakes
– then toss in your veggies of choice
– on the side put your noodles to boil
– then pour in your sauce (written below), toss in your noodles
– Garnish with cilantro, lime, and peanuts and enjoy!!
Sauce:
1/4cup soy sauce
1tsp brown sugar
1tsp sriracha
1tsp fish sauce
1/4cup tamarind juice (alternative: rice vinegar)
