Honey Chipotle Crispers 😈

Here is the recipe –
2 lbs chicken tenders
2-3 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup hot sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried mustard
Salt to taste
Dry batter: 1.5 cups rice flour (or Regular flour)
1.5 cups starch of choice (potato/corn)
1.5 Tbsp chipotle lemon pepper (or same seasonings as above)
Sauce:
5-7 chipotles in adobo
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1/3 – 1/2 cup honey
