1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp msg
1 Tbsp sugar
1.5tsp salt
Toum Sauce:
1 cup neutral Oil
2oz Lemon juice
Pinch of salt
2-3 oz Garlic
