1.5 cups panko bread crumbs

1 cup coconut milk
2 hefty tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
AIRFRYER: 390 for 8 mins, flip 400 for 2 mins
