Chicken Katsu Curry

This is definitely not authentic🙏🏽

2 large potato
5 carrots
1 white onion
Submerge in water after caramelized and cook until tender
5 curry cubes
1/3 cup coconut milk

4 chicken breasts
2 eggs
2-3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic and paprika
2-3 cups panko ( I also salt this )
