1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes (15oz)
1 cup lite coconut milk
Add back the chicken and cook for 10-15 more minutes.

Finish with fenugreek leaves and cilantro and enjoy๐Ÿ˜†
