4 large burritos:

4 large flour tortillas

Rice:
1 cup short grain rice
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt

Taco seasoning:
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin

Beans:
1 can (15 oz) black beans
Cover in clean water
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt taste

Beef:
2 pound ground beef
Taco seasoning
Salt to taste
1/4 cup hot sauce
3/4 cup greek yogurt

Lettuce, tomatoes, pickled jalapeños
