- ٦حزم ملوخية
- ١م/ك ثوم
- نص دجاجه او اوصال دجاج مطبوخ
- مرقة دجاج كلًما كان اكثر كل ما كان احسن
- ا/ك كزبرة خضره
- ملح و فلفل اسود علي حسب الرغبة
تنبيه:بخصوص الدجاج 🐔تقدرو تسلقون نص دجاجه و تستخدمو مرق الدجاج و اللحم للوصفة. بس انا كان عندي لحم دجاج مطبوخ و مرق دجاج جاهز عشان اختصر الوقت.
Ingredients:
6 molokhia packets, 1tbsp garlic, half a chicken or cooked chicken meat, chicken stock the more the better, 1cup green coriander, green vegetables, salt and black pepper as desired.
Note: Regarding chicken, you can boil half of the chicken and use chicken broth and meat for the recipe. But I already had cooked chicken meat & chicken broth ready.
