ThrowBack To My Favorite Wing Recipe 😉
To 1.5 lb chicken Wings
Marinade in 2 cups butter milk
Seasoning: 2 tsp salt, cayenne, onion, garlic and paprika (the standard)
Dry batter:
1 cup rice flour (or regular)
1 cup potato starch (or corn)
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp paprika, onion, garlic powder
1-2 tsp salt to taste
First fry at 315F for about 6-7 minutes. Let them rest as the fryer goes up to 375F and finish them off for about 2-3 more minutes until Crispy!
Sauce:
1/2 cup sriracha
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp mayo (I used kewpie)
Chives make it healthy of course
