3 slabs of ribs
2 tsp chipotle chili powder
2 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
Salt to taste
Mustard as a binder and slab on your favorite bbq sauce!
Cook for around 2.5 hours! You want the meat to be shriveled closer to itself and almost pulling off the bone!
Just broil it with the sauce until it absorbs it all.
To smoke take a natural light charcoal and place in a plate covered with aluminum foil with olive oil! Cover and smoke for 10 minutes or so!
