1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion
Salt to taste
Cook in 2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup chicken stock
1.5 Tbsp flour
1.5 cups low fat or 2% milk
1/3 cup low fat mozzarella
Parmesan to taste (1-3 oz)
