Full recipe:
– Coarsely mash together 1 red onion, 4 cloves of garlic, and 2 green Thai chillies
– Next add some oil to a pan and add in your mashed garlic/onion/chilli
– once that starts to brown add in your protein of choice about 1 pound
– next let’s get on the sauce with 2tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tsp brown sugar, 1tsp oyster sauce, and 1/2 tsp fish sauce
– then add that sauce to the pan and toss in your veggies of choice
– Next fold in about 1 cup chopped Thai basil and 1/4 cup cilantro
– finally serve it up and enjoy!
