الليموناضه اللبنانيه

لقيت كذا احد بيعمل الليموناضه اللبنانيه وعجبتني طريقتها..

كان عندي برتقال ويوسفي فقررت استخدمهم وطلع معايا شي لذيذ،

المقادير

طريقة التحضير

نغسل الحمضيات جيداً ثم نقطعها لقطع صغيره بدون تقشيرها.
نضع الحمضيات في زبديه ونضيف عليها السكر ونبدأ في في الفرك باليد الى ان تخرج كل كمية العصير.
نصفيها ونضغط عليها جيداً لاستخراج اكير قدر من النكهات.
نضيف على العصير ماء الزهر والماء البارد ويقدم في كوب مملوء بالثلج.

Lebanese Lemonade

Ive been seeing this method of making Lebanese lemonade i really liked it and wanted to try it.

The thing is that i made it with oranges and mandarin, and still have not decide what to name it 🤔

Ingredients:
1 large lemon
2 oranges
1 mandarin
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp rose water
1 cup cold water
Ice

Method:
Wash the Fruites properly and chop to small pieces.
Add the fruits to a bowl and add the sugar.
Rub and massage by hand until you extract as much juice as you can then strain it really well.
Add the rose water and cold water.
Serve in a glass full of ice.
