▪️Boil some water in a saucepan. Add 2 cups of pasta, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
▪️Boil for 6-7 minutes, until the pasta is 90% cooked.
▪️Drain off the pasta and keep aside.
▪️Boil some water in a kadhai.
▪️Add 5 tomatoes and 4 dried red chillies.
▪️Boil for 5 minutes.
▪️Drain off and peel the skin of tomatoes.
▪️Blend to a smooth paste and keep aside.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
▪️Add some chopped garlic. Sauté for few seconds.
▪️Add 2 chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
▪️Add the prepared tomato purée and mix.
▪️Add salt and cook on a medium heat until the sauce thickens.
▪️Add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs and 1 tsp pepper powder. Mix everything well.
▪️Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and sauté for a minute.
▪️Add boiled pasta and mix everything together. Cook for a minute.
▪️Grate some cheese and enjoy.
