Step-by-step recipe:
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add 2 chopped onions, lightly sauté it.
▪️Add 1 inch chopped ginger and 10-12 garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chillies. Sauté for a minute.
▪️Add 3 chopped tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes turn soft.
▪️Remove the pan from heat and let it cool down.
▪️Once it cools down, blend it to a smooth paste. Set it aside.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
▪️Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until the onions turn light golden.
▪️Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp red chilli powder. Sauté for few seconds.
▪️Add the prepared paste and mix well. Sauté until oil separates.
▪️Add salt, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and 1 tsp garam masala powder. Mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
▪️Add 1 cup green peas and mix.
▪️Add water and mix.
▪️Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
▪️Add 300 gms paneer cubes and mix. Simmer for 5 minutes.
▪️Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
▪️Serve hot with roti or paratha.
