Kiwi crepe cake 🥝🎟

Recipe
1. 3 eggs
2. 125 g cake flour
3. 300 g milk
4. 35 g sugar
5. 45 unsalted butter
6. 1 g salt
7. 2 g vanilla extract
8. Food coloring
Whipped cream
1. 25 g sugar
2. 250 g whipping cream

Instructions
1. Combine the eggs, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Combine the milk, sifted cake flour, and melted unsalted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until the batter is combined. And then add the food coloring.
2. Strain the batter and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate it for one hour.
4. Cook the crepes in a low-heat pan.
5. Place one chilled crepe on top of the cream. Between each layer, add kiwi and whipped cream.
