2-3 cups potato starch

1.25 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup hot honey
2 Tbsp hot sauce
