For each large pizza:
180 grams self rising flour
200 grams low fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil

Pizza sauce:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 white onion
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
15 oz San marzano tomatoes
3 leaves basil

White sauce:
1.5 Tbsp flour
1.5 cup low fat milk
1 tsp garlic powder & black pepper
Salt to taste
1 oz Parmesan cheese

Cheese options: low fat mozzarella, sharp cheddar

Topping options:
Chicken breast
Low fat ground beef
Pickled jalapeños
Turkey bacon
Olives
Banana peppers
