Dirtay Rice + Cajun Chicken 😈
2 lb chicken thighs
Crisp the skin and bake at 375F for about 25 minutes !
– Rice:
2 cups rice (I used basmati)
3 cups chicken stock
2 tsp Cajun
1 bay leaf
1 onion, jalapeño, bell pepper, celery stock
4 cloves garlic
1 can black beans
1 Tbsp butter
