▪️Wash 5-6 potatoes and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
▪️Peel and cut them into half.
▪️Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add the boiled potatoes and fry for two minutes.
▪️Add salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Fry for another two minutes. Take it out and keep aside.
▪️Take 3 tbsp curd in a bowl.
▪️Add salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder and 1 tsp cumin powder.
▪️Mix everything well and keep aside.
▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
▪️Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 2 chopped green chillies. Let them sizzle.
▪️Add 2 chopped onions. Sauté until it turns light golden.
▪️Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Sauté until raw smell goes away.
▪️Add the prepared masala paste. Mix it well.
▪️Cook the masala for 5 minutes.
▪️Add 1 tsp garam masala powder and mix well.
▪️Add water and mix.
▪️Let it boil.
▪️Add the fried aloo and mix.
▪️Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
▪️Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
▪️Serve hot with roti or paratha.
