Salt and pepper to taste
8-12 oz Oaxaca cheese

Fajita Veggies-
1 red onion
1 green bell pepper
Salt and oregano to taste

Vinaigrette-
1 cup red vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup water
3 chipotles in adobo
1/3 cup oil
1 Tbsp oregano
2 tsp black pepper
