Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese 🥵(Insane)
1 lb elbow macaroni
Total amount including topping:
12 oz sharp cheddar
8 oz Gruyère or Gouda
8 oz Colby jack
Buffalo sauce:
8oz hot sauce
3 Tbsp butter (you can do less)
1/4 cup honey
Cheese sauce:
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
30oz evaporated milk
1 tsp chipotle chili powder, garlic, paprika
Salt to taste (I did 2 tsp)
Around 1 cup pasta water (adjust) and 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
Add 2/3 of cheese
Layer mac n Cheese and top with Parmesan and 1/3 more cheese.
Bake at 350F for about 20minutes
Chicken:
3 chicken cutlets (1-1.5lbs)
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt, garlic, paprika, chipotle chili powder
2 eggs
2 cups panko
1 tsp garlic, paprika, chipotle chili powder
Crisp them up in a light layer of oil and bake for 10 mins at 350F. Toss them in the Buffalo sauce!
