Full Recipe:
– boil chow mein style noodles (about 3squares)
– while that boils, let’s put together the sauce
Sauce recipe
– combine 1spoon chilli paste, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup water and 1sp oyster sauce, and 1tsp rice wine vinegar
– stir that together and set it aside
– in a separate pan/wok add 2tbslp chilli garlic oil (3 cloves diced garlic, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp sesame seeds)
– add in one diced onion and cook till slightly translucent
– then add in you veggies of choice, I added carrots and broccoli
– once the veggies are sightly cooked (2min)
– add in you sauce and let that simmer together for 2min
– then drain and stir in your noodles!
– simmer for another 2min and keep covered!
– then plate it up and enjoy!!
