Arayes For Weight Loss 😈
1 lb low fat ground beef
1/4 white onion (keep its juice for moisture)
3 cloves garlic
1/2 bundle parsley
Seasonings:
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground clove
Salt to taste
For overly stuffed arayes I do 1 pita for 1lb meat!
That way the protein carb ratio is insane 😮💨
