بقدونس مفروم / بصل ابيض مفروم
نعناع اخضر مفروم / طماطم مفرومه
برغل منقوع بعصير ليمون وملح وزيت زيتون
نخلط المكونات مع بعض ونحطهم بطبق التقديم

الطبقه الثانيه سلطة الفتوش 🍅🍞 :
خيار مقشر / خس / بصل اخضر / فلفل رومي اخضر او ملون
طماطم / جرجير / فجل / بقله / رقاق السمبوسه مقطع مكعبات او خبز مقلي او محمص ( الفجل والبقله والجرجير ماتوفرو عندي فسحبت عليهم ) نقطع كل الخضار ونخلطهم مع الخبز ونتبلهم بملح وليمون وزيت زيتون وسماق ونحطهم فوق طبقة التبولة ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
الطبقه الثالثه سلطة البطاطس والباذنجان 🍆🍟 :
نقطع البطاطس والباذنجان لمكعبات وندخلهم الفرن يستوو واللي حابه تقليهم ينفع ، نتبلهم بثوم بودره او ثوم مهروس وملح وزيت زيتون وفلفل اسود وكمون وشوية بقدونس مفروم ونحطها فوق طبقة الفتوش ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
التتبيله للوجه ✨ :
ملعقتين كبيره زبادي / ملعقه كبيره رانش ( وتقدرو تستغنو عنها ) ليمون / ملح / فلفل اسود ، نخلطهم مع بعض ونوزعها ع الوجه 😋👌🏻
