- ٣ ملاعق كبيره طماطم
- ملح
- كمون
– للصلصة:
- ٥ حبات طماطم
- بصل حبة كبيره
- فلفل رومي الوان ٣ حبات
- فلفل حار
- حبة ليمون عصير
- معجون طماطم ملعقتين كبيره او زياده حسب الرغبه
- ٤ فصوص ثوم مهروس
- ملح ملعقه ونص كبيره ، كمون ، بابريكا ، زنجبيل بودره
